Meir Babaev has been in real estate since 2007 and has over 10 years of experience developing ground-up projects throughout the metro New York area. He is the Managing Member of AB Capstone LLC, a real estate investment and development company specializing in transit-oriented residential, commercial, and mixed-use development and value-add projects.

Meir Babaev is responsible for managing the operations of the company with an emphasis on deal sourcing, acquisitions, financing, leasing, property management, investor relations, as well as all pre-development aspects of the business. Under his supervision, the company has developed over 1.5 MM of real estate. In addition to AB Capstone LLC, he is also the President of AB Capstone Builders Corp, a construction management company, where he oversees the overall execution of construction projects.

Meir holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University-Schack Institute of Real Estate and a B.A. in Business Management from Queens College.
